AIRPORT ARRIVALS
To ensure a smooth pickup experience, passengers must have their mobile phone turned on and accessible upon arrival. If a passenger is unable to locate their vehicle, they must promptly contact our Dispatch team at 970-485-9805. Passengers are provided a courtesy wait time of 30 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights to allow time for baggage collection and customs clearance. Failure to establish contact with Dispatch or the chauffeur within the courtesy wait period may result in additional wait time charges or a no-show fee. We actively monitor flight statuses to adjust for delays or early arrivals, but passengers are responsible for maintaining communication to avoid complications.
If unexpected delays occur, such as lost luggage or extended wait times, passengers must notify our office at 970-485-9805 as soon as possible to avoid any complications. For items requiring special handling (e.g., oversized luggage, skis, or equipment), it is the responsibility of the booker or passenger to inform us at the time of booking. Gold Rush Transportation cannot guarantee transport or assume responsibility for shipping if the chosen vehicle cannot accommodate additional or oversized items. Passengers anticipating extended baggage retrieval times must account for this when scheduling their reservation. Failure to do so may result in additional wait time charges. If passengers fail to establish contact within the provided wait time or leave the pickup location without informing our team, the reservation will be marked as a No Show. No Show charges will include the full base fare and any associated fees. Gold Rush Transportation is not responsible for delays that lead to cancellations or missed pickups.
