The Vail Valley is home to world renowned orthopedic and specialty care, including the Steadman Clinic, Vail Health, and Vail Summit Orthopaedics. Patients fly in for consultations, surgery, and follow up, and after a procedure most are not cleared to drive. That is where we come in. We handle the airport transfer and every ride to and from your appointments so you and your family can concentrate on recovery, not logistics.

Every ride is private, just you and your companions, in a clean climate controlled luxury vehicle with a professional chauffeur who helps with your bags, takes the smoothest route, and never rushes you.

From the airport to your appointments

We pick you up at Denver International, about two hours from Vail, or at Eagle County Airport and the Vail Valley Jet Center, roughly thirty five minutes from Vail and the closest option for private and seasonal commercial flights. Your chauffeur meets you, handles the luggage, and gets you to your lodging or straight to your appointment in comfort.

During your stay

Recovery often means several visits over several days. We set up your appointment rides in advance so a car is always ready, with the same driver and vehicle each time. We can also stop at the pharmacy, pick up a caregiver, or run the errands that are hard to manage on crutches or after anesthesia. Standing arrangements and recurring rides are welcome.

Comfort and discretion

Our chauffeurs are professional, well presented, and used to caring for guests who are not at their best. They are patient with mobility, gentle over the mountain roads, and completely discreet about who they carry and where. For many of our medical travel clients, privacy matters as much as comfort, and we treat it that way.

Booking

Reserve ahead so we can plan your airport pickup and your appointment schedule around your care. Tell us your dates, where you are staying, and roughly when your appointments fall, and we will build the plan and confirm the details before you arrive. Families, caregivers, and case managers are welcome to arrange travel on a patient’s behalf.
