The Stanley opened in 1909 and remains the most recognizable hotel in Colorado, with 41,000 square feet of event space including the Pavilion for up to 250 guests and the Longs Peak Lawn for ceremonies of around 200. It draws guest lists from across the country, and nearly all of them fly into Denver International, about 76 miles and an hour and a half away up through Lyons or Boulder.
